Returns Policy
We accept returns for 30 days at the purchasers expense. Stickers must be returned exacty as they were shipped to you in order to receive a refund. If we send you the wrong sticker, size, or color we will send you a new one, but require a photo of the sticker emailed to us before we can ship you a new one. You can use the contact form to reach us and we will respond so you can send us the photo to verify. If we create a custom size, image, or anything that isnt a standard product on our website, there are no returns of any kind.
Shipping
All stickers are shipped First Class Package from USPS and come with tracking. If you spend $15 we offer FREE SHIPPING!. We require up to 2 days for handling and transit time will range from 2-5 days. Use your tracking information to track your order and see any updates as they are available. If your shipping says delivered you need to thoroughly check around your home, mailbox, neighbors, other mail, etc as we use the tracking number to determine whether it has or hasn't been delivered. Contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
