Shipping:

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days.  All orders are shipped with USPS and come with tracking. We charge $4.25 flat rate shipping which covers tracking and the increased cost. Spend $15 and receive FREE shipping, or spend $25 and receive free shipping with a free vinyl squeegee. Once we deliver your order to the post office, any delays or concerns are out of our control. Please allow ample time for delivery and only contact us after you have checked the tracking, and your package has shown no progress. 

If your tracking says delivered, look for it. We get several messages from people asking where their package is only for us to check tracking and tell them it says delivered, only to realize it has been on their counter, mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc.
